1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RupeeLens website and platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

RupeeLens reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Use of the Platform

RupeeLens is a financial product comparison platform. It provides tools and information that allow users to compare credit cards, loans, insurance policies, mutual funds, and other financial products based on publicly available data.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without authorisation.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify RupeeLens immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

RupeeLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain fraudulent information, or are used for prohibited activities.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, comparison tools, and AI-generated insights — is the property of RupeeLens or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content without express written permission from RupeeLens.

Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their presence on the Platform does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with RupeeLens.

5. No Financial Guidance

RupeeLens is a comparison platform. It does not provide financial guidance, personalised analysis, or product endorsements. All information and comparisons are for informational purposes only.

Users are solely responsible for evaluating financial products and making their own decisions. RupeeLens does not act as a broker, agent, adviser, or intermediary for any financial institution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RupeeLens and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed on the Platform.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product data or comparisons.
• Unavailability or interruption of Platform services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RupeeLens, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
